We have two main teams of staff who assist our Directors and Funeral Directors.
Our funeral home staff ensure that the funeral home is staffed during office hours. This team are the primary faces that you will meet other than one of our funeral directors. The funeral home team ensure that the arrangements that we have agreed with you are implemented and that the extra services that you may require (orders of service, memory books etc) are ordered and delivered correctly. The funeral home based staff provide the out-of-hours telephone cover when the funeral home is closed. This team are the main people who you will meet should you decide to come into the funeral home to view or sit with the deceased.
The Managing Director/Owner Dean Thomas manages the company. He has many years of experience in arranging and conducting funeral services.
Both are qualified managers overseeing the daily and long-term activities of the company and work closely together to ensure that the company consistently delivers all services to its recognised standard.

As members of both SAIF (Society of Allied Independent Funeral Directors) and NAFD (National Association of Funeral Directors), we work to strict codes of professional conduct. We are regularly independently inspected to ensure that we comply with all of the elements of the codes of conduct.
